Wednesday, May 27th - Water Element
We begin in the womb where all of life begins. This is a time to go deep into receiving clarity on what is truly aligned with your souls purpose and what is not. Bring your deepest questions. The ones that have been living inside you, waiting for space and stillness to be answered.
Because your womb is your oracle and this is her time.
You will leave Day 1 with:Â Clarity on what is aligned with your souls purpose right now, a felt sense of your deepest yes, and renewed connection to your vision.
Day #2Â Graceful Warrior
Thursday, May 28th - Fire Element
The Graceful Warrior teaches us how to come into union with the sacred marriage of the divine feminine and divine masculine within. Coming into right relationship with both is one of the deepest teachings of our time, and it is at the heart of this archetype.
She carries the sword of discernment. She knows how to honor her aligned knowing, create boundaries, build the structures that support her, and take action from pleasure over pressure.
You will leave Day 2 with:Â A sharpened sword of discernment, your boundaries activated, and the clarity and momentum to take aligned action.
Day #3Â Mother Lover
Friday, May 29th - Earth Element
Come into the full, ripe, sensual, pleasure-filled feminine because this is your birthright. The Mother Lover is the portal of spiritual eroticism and infinite abundance. She teaches us to access the infinite wellspring that flows through us, so that we give from genuine overflow not from depletion, not from martyrdom, which is so deeply embedded in our culture and so ready to be released.
This is the archetype of full creative power, of visibility, of letting your presence be the gift.
You will leave Day 3 with:Â A deeper embodiment of your own abundance, a felt sense of giving from overflow, and your full feminine creative power more fully online.
Day #4 WiLd Wise Woman
Saturday, May 30th - Air Element
She is the Crone. The Enchantress. The Wild Woman holds the frequency of Kali with raw, primal, unrefined power. She connects us to our deep instinctual selves and the shadow parts we have kept hidden. If we do not create space for her expression and we suppress her, mute her, or domesticate her she becomes madness.
In this portal we give her full voice. Through movement, ritual, expressive arts, and sound, we let her come through completely.
You will leave Day 4 with:Â Unleashing a layer of domestication shed, a deeper relationship with your primal creative power, and a vision of your life lived artfully and fully expressed.

SOFIAH THOM IS A MASTER CEREMONIALIST, DIVINE FEMININE LEADER AND FOUNDER OF THE TEMPLE BODY ARTS® MYSTERY SCHOOL
At 49, Sofiah brings over three decades of embodiment practice to her work. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage, she has seamlessly integrated her background in Dance Therapy (Naropa University), expressive healing arts, Tantra, and temple dance into a powerful methodology that has transformed over hundreds of thousands of women across the globe through her workshops, programs, coaching, and certifications.
Sofiah is the co-founder Envision Festival and created Danyasa Eco-Retreat.
HER-STORY
After a near-death miscarriage in 2017, Sofiah’s path was forever changed. That initiation catalyzed her deepest work—guiding women to channel their sexual creative energy into sacred leadership, purpose, and magnetic power.
In 2023, she underwent a second womb surgery that marked the beginning of a deep sabbatical. Now emerging from that passage and walking through the perimenopausal portal, she brings forth a new layer of embodied wisdom.
Sofiah shares the Temple Body Arts path not only as a teacher—but as a woman who has lived the fire of transformation and returned with the medicine to guide others through their own initiations—into becoming the leaders they came here to be, and birthing a new paradigm together.
