I bring everything I am into this work.
My lineage, fourth-generation member of a living spiritual tradition. My training, Naropa University, Dance Therapy and Inter-Arts, two of the original 5Rhythms teachers, Tantra in India, Tamalpa Institute. My experience, 30 years of performing, facilitating, building, and leading on the world stage. And my initiations, the ones that cracked me open and gave me the medicine I now carry.
In 2017, I almost died. A miscarriage and haemorrhage so severe I needed a blood transfusion. In that place between worlds, I accepted my mission as a Spiritual Midwife and chose to birth my school instead.
In 2023, a second womb surgery stopped me mid-momentum. My body said: stop. So I did what I teach. I listened. I discovered I was in perimenopause. And I went toward it.
I am now emerging from that passage, rebirthing my work, sharing all of it inside the Portal, and walking toward something new at Beltane.
