ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
SOFIAH THOM IS A DIVINE FEMININE LEADER AND CREATOR OF TEMPLE BODY ARTS® MYSTERY SCHOOL, GUIDING WOMEN TO LEAD WITH PLEASURE, POWER, AND PURPOSE.
At 48, Sofiah brings over three decades of embodiment practice to her work. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage, she has seamlessly integrated her background in Dance Therapy (Naropa University), expressive healing arts, Tantra, and temple dance into a powerful methodology that has transformed over hundreds of thousands of women across the globe through her workshops, programs, coaching, and certifications.
Happily married for 19 years (she proposed!), Sofiah co-founded Envision Festival and created Danyasa Eco-Retreat. She’s currently building a $20m estate sprawling across 16 pristine acres in Costa Rica.
After a near-death miscarriage in 2017, Sofiah’s path was forever changed. That initiation catalyzed her deepest work—guiding women to channel their sexual creative energy into sacred leadership, purpose, and magnetic power.
In 2023, she underwent a second womb surgery that marked the beginning of a deep sabbatical. Now emerging from that passage and walking through the perimenopausal portal, she brings forth a new layer of embodied wisdom.

Each week includes a 90-minute live class and approximately 2-3 hours of integration practices you can incorporate into your daily life. Question 6: How is this program delivered?
Upon enrollment, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details to prepare for our journey together. The program officially begins on May 22nd with our opening ceremony, which is when you'll gain access to our private online portal with all course materials and our exclusive online sisterhood community. She Rises includes pre-recorded video teachings, guided embodiment practices, and comprehensive workbooks. We'll gather for a live class every Thursday at 11am PST throughout the program. There are 6 classes total making our final session on July 5th.
