These Terms of Use and Disclaimer (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the She Rises course (the “Course”) offered by Sofiah Thom, LLC (the “Operator”). By accessing or participating in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth below.

1. Course Format and Access
The She Rises Course is a one-time purchase educational offering. Upon full payment (or completion of an approved payment plan), you will receive lifetime access to course materials, including replays of live sessions, housed within the designated online portal. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Course platform as determined by the Operator.

2. Payment Terms
The full fee for the She Rises Course is $497 USD, regardless of whether it is paid in one lump sum or through a payment plan.

By choosing a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full amount over the agreed number of installments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once initiated. You are legally responsible for completing all payments as agreed at the time of enrollment.

Failure to pay may result in revoked access to course materials and/or formal collection action.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
The Operator does not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, inability to participate, or perceived lack of results. Please purchase mindfully and with full commitment.

4. Educational Nature
The Course is provided strictly for educational and personal development purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice, and does not create any doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship.

You are solely responsible for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being while participating. Please consult with a licensed provider for any personal or health-related concerns.

5. Community Conduct and Confidentiality
You agree to engage respectfully with all participants and facilitators. You will not share the personal, private, or business-related information of others outside the Course environment.

You also understand that your own disclosures during live sessions may be visible to others, and the Operator cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants.

6. Recordings and Promotional Use
Live calls and group sessions may be recorded. By participating in the Course, you consent to being recorded and grant the Operator the right to use these recordings internally or for promotional purposes, including marketing, testimonials, and course development.

You waive any right to approve or inspect these recordings prior to their use.

7. Intellectual Property
All Course materials — including videos, downloads, worksheets, content, and branding — are the intellectual property of the Operator. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own development only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share Course materials in any form.

8. Disclaimer of Results
There are no guarantees of specific results from participation in the Course. Your success depends on your individual effort, life circumstances, and many other variables outside the Operator’s control.

By joining, you acknowledge full responsibility for your outcomes and release the Operator from any claims relating to unmet expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Course. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, business losses, or emotional distress.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation, including decisions or actions taken based on the Course content.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Sofiah Thom, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
