MEET YOUR GUIDE
Sofiah Thom
Sofiah Thom is a spiritual midwife, mentor, and creator of Temple Body Arts® School, as well as the co-founder of Envision Festival and Danyasa Eco-Retreat.
With over three decades devoted to Divine Feminine embodiment and tantric living, Sofiah guides women to awaken their creative power, embody their purpose, and lead with devotion. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage and trained in Dance Therapy at Naropa University, she has woven expressive healing arts, Tantra, and temple dance into a living methodology that has impacted hundreds of thousands of women worldwide through workshops, immersions, and certifications.
In 2017, a near-death miscarriage initiated a profound turning point in her life and work, catalyzing her deepest transmission: guiding women to channel erotic and creative life force into sacred leadership, purpose, and magnetic presence.
In 2023, a second womb surgery marked the beginning of a deep sabbatical. Now emerging from that passage and walking through the perimenopausal portal, Sofiah brings forward a new layer of embodied wisdom — rooted not in theory, but in lived initiation.
She shares the Temple Body Arts path not only as a teacher, but as a woman who has walked through the fire and returned with the medicine to guide others through their own initiations — into leadership, artistry, and the birth of a new paradigm.
Sofiah’s work has been featured in Yoga Journal, Forbes, and Elephant Journal. She currently lives between Costa Rica and the global stage, continuing her devotion to restoring harmony between feminine and masculine energies — within ourselves and the world.
